A VERY IMPORTANT SECURITY UPDATE
As we approach the big event, please carefully review the updated security protocols to avoid delays.

We recognize this level of security is a slight departure from what you may be used to at an event. It’s like TSA - without having to remove your shoes.

Plan accordingly for a smooth experience and the safety of all attendees. Keep in mind, security requirements may change and we will pass along updates as we receive them.

Key measures impacting your experience:
  1. Security Lines: Security lines will take time. Expect delays and plan accordingly.
  2. Bags: We strongly recommend no bags (purses are ok). It will add to your delay entering the building a secure areas. Please review the Prohibited Items list below.
  3. Whales will have priority access to the Nakamoto Stage will on Saturday for Trump's speech, but you need to be in your seat by no later than 12:45pm. We will have sectioned off Whale Pass holder seats for you, but will only hold them until this time.

Two Layers of Security
Venue Entrance:
  • All attendees will pass through a magnetometer.
  • Bags (small backpacks, purses, diaper bags) will be searched. No large packages, bags, or luggage will be allowed.
  • Bags will slow your entry; only bring essentials.
  • Note: No privacy masks will be allowed in Nakamoto Stage.

Nakamoto Stage: Attendees will pass through a 2nd magnetometer screening to access the seating area.

Trump’s Speech (Saturday, 2pm):
  • Access to the Music City Center starts at 8:00am for all pass types.
  • Whale Pass holders will enter into the Nakamoto Stage from the Enterprise Lounge located next to the Deep Backstage.
  • We will hold seats for you until 12:45pm on Saturday, so please be in your seat by this time to ensure your spot. After that, remaining seats will open to all attendees.
  • We are not allowing any saved seats so this means you should enter the stage with those you want to sit with!
  • Once you are seated, do NOT leave the Nakamoto Stage or you may not be able to get back in. Consider it like TSA Security at the airport, you do not leave once you are through. There is a restroom located inside the Nakamoto Stage.

Kennedy’s Speech (Friday, 4pm):
  • Access to the Music City Center starts at 8:00am for all pass types.
  • Whale Pass holders need to be in their seats by 2:45pm. The same suggestions apply from above.
  • No seat saving; every seat will be filled.

Nakamoto Stage Capacity:
  • Room capacity is limited to 8,000 seats. We expect 20,000 attendees. Seats for speeches are not guaranteed, and latest arrivals will be standing. When capacity is reached, you will be encouraged to watch from the other stages.

Additional Viewing Options for Trump's Speech:

  • The Deep Backstage: If you prefer to avoid crowds, you can watch the speech from the Deep Backstage, located inside the Secret Service perimeter. We recommend staying until speeches end to avoid delays re-entering.
    • Note: all people in your party must have a Whale Pass to utilize this option, no exceptions.
  • Karl Dean Ballroom Watch Party: Skip the lines and watch Trump's speech with friends. This is a great option if you are with other attendees who do not have a Whale Pass.
  • Mining, Open Source, Genesis, Enterprise, and The Deep: All open for viewing.

Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited from entering the venue and Nakamoto stage:
  • Outside food and drink
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Large Banners, signs, placards
  • Drones and other unmanned aircraft systems
  • E-Cigarettes and vapes
  • Explosives of any kind
